This policy outlines the process for returning goods and obtaining a refund from Mike Ashby Comms (referred to as "I", "me" or "the Company").

I am committed to providing you with high-quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
- Returns Eligibility Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received the item(s) to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging (where applicable).
- It must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Electronic components
- Items sold as spares or repair
- Used components or housing
- Items listed as clearance goods
- How to Initiate a Return
- Contact me: You must first notify me by email at sales@mikeashbycomms.co.uk or by phone at 44 0333 9009008 to request a return.
- Provide Details: Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for Confirmation: I will respond with instructions on how and where to send your return. Do not send items back without receiving confirmation from me first.
- Shipping the Return
- Return Shipping Cost: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).
- Method: I recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

- Inspections and Refunds
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card or original payment method).
- Timing: You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies and payment processor. This typically takes ten business days.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items (Our Error)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact me immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at sales@mikeashbycomms.co.uk].
- Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damage or the incorrect item you received.
- I will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a pre-paid label for items that are confirmed to be damaged or incorrect due to my error. I will then offer you a full refund or send a replacement, subject to availability.
- Exchanges
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged (see Section 6).
