What's Excluded:

Please note that the following parts are not included in the pre-paid service and will require a separate quotation if needed:

 * Replacement housings

 * Control knobs

 * Antennas

 * Batteries

 * Chassis

 * Charging equipment

Shipping Information:

The shipping cost charged at checkout covers the return of your repaired equipment to a UK mainland address. Customers are responsible for the cost of sending their equipment to Mike Ashby Comms for repair.

Our Guarantee:

 * If your walkie-talkie is deemed irreparable, a full refund will be issued.

 * Should you wish to have non-repairable equipment returned, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

 * All repairs come with a three-month warranty.
